Damages and Issues

Receipt of Defective or Damaged Items: Should the item you receive exhibit defects or damage upon delivery, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly offer you store credit in the form of a gift card code, equivalent to the refund amount.

Receipt of Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an item that does not align with your order, please promptly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly make arrangements to dispatch the correct item to you or issue store credit in the form of a gift card code.

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to gather all necessary information, such as photos and videos of the damaged box, missing contents, and the name of the recipient to process a claim. Failure to provide this evidence may result in the rejection of your claim.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as clearance or final sale are not eligible for refunds.
  • Personalized Items: Any items that have been customized or personalized according to your request cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Accessories (Socks, Hair Clips, Headbands, Hats)
  • Discounted Items: Any items that have been bought using a discounted code.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your own cost, and once the return is accepted, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card code. Please make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note we do not offer exchanges.


Conditions for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Period: You must contact us and initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order and ensure we receive the item(s) back within this timeline.
  • Original Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.

Refund Process: Our refund policy includes approval or rejection notification upon inspection. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
